Q4
Can minors hold Everton shares?
A.
Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible to own shares. From our experience the most effective way for shares to be held for minors is for the shareholding to be registered in their parent?s name using the child?s initials as a designation. Even if the parent is also a shareholder this will ensure that there is a separate entry on the register.
