Nominee Services

Our nominee company, Oakwood Nominees Limited, is a member of the Crest settlement system. It is a non-trading company that provides for the safe, secure and effective administration of clients investments. We are required to segregate your assets from our own.

Each client’s investments are registered through Oakwood Nominees and individually designated for ease of identification. Insurance cover also provides peace of mind. Using the nominee company allows time critical matters to be dealt with easily and efficiently. It also reduces paperwork, as all correspondence, such as reports and dividends, are sent to us. At the tax year end a consolidated tax voucher is produced and sent to you, thus assisting you in completing your tax returns.
