PEP and ISA

We have been an Authorised PEP and ISA Manager since the inception of PEP in 1987. We can help with the ever changing rules laid down by the Inland Revenue, which if not carefully monitored could negate your PEP or ISA.

Although PEPs and ISAs can be undertaken with our Execution Only Investment Service, we suggest you seek our advice to confirm whether they are appropriate and how best to utilise them. If you are undertaking a new subscription, we offer either a mini or maxi stocks and shares ISA. We are aware that you can subscribe directly with a provider such as a Unit Trust manager, but often we can negotiate substantial discounts on their costs by reducing their initial charges. We can also arrange the transfer of PEPs and ISAs from other administrators. Arranging a transfer only requires you to complete our account opening procedures and sign the transfer form.

All PEP and ISA investments administered by us are registered in the name of our nominee company on a pooled basis. For PEP and ISA charges please refer to our application form.
